Eagle Real Estate The Marketing Co., Inc. was established in 1985 by Kevin Fuksa. Eagle lists and sells homes mainly in Hennessey, and new construction in Enid, Oklahoma, for our building company, K-T Development. Eagle is the exclusive listing company for Wilderness Cove lots in Enid, Oklahoma.

Builder and Developer

K-T Development Enterprises, Inc. was established in 1994 by Kevin Fuksa, for the purpose of developing and building homes. K-T developed the Quail Creek Fifth Area with 77 residential lots and Wilderness Cove, both in Enid, with 118 residential lots. Kevin, as general contractor, has built over 200 houses, specs and customs, and is currently building in the Wilderness Cove Addition. A customer can either buy a newly constructed home or buy a lot and build their own custom home.

Kevin Fuksa, 44, owner of Eagle Real Estate and K-T
Development, is the Broker Sales Associate, Developer and Home Builder. Kevin has lived in the Hennessey and Enid areas all of his life. He has 25 years experience in real estate and auctions. Kevin believes in running his businesses with honesty and integrity with a "down-to-earth" attitude. He insists on quality in every aspect of his business transactions.
