We are accepting applications and placing applicants on a waiting list for townhouses that become available.If you want to insure that you get a townhouse, we are accepting $500 deposits. 

Please understand that this $500 is nonrefundable for six months if you do not rent from us (back out or do not want it after one becomes available).  The $500 will be used toward the $850 rental deposit once a unit is open and a lease has been signed.  This deposit would move your name to the VIP list of applicants (currently contains 2 applicant), however it is not required. If you do not want to place a $500 deposit, your name will be placed on a secondary mailing list.
