Eagle Real Estate The Marketing Co., Inc.was established in 1984 by Kevin Fuksa. Eagle lists and sells homes, mainly in Hennessey, and new construction in Enid, Oklahoma, for our building company, K-T Development. Eagle is the exclusive listing company for Wilderness Cove lots in Enid, Oklahoma.

K-T Development Enterprises, Inc. was established in 1994 by Kevin Fuksa, for the purpose of developing and building homes. K-T developed the Quail Creek Fifth Area with 77 residential lots and Wilderness Cove, both in Enid, with 118 residential lots. Wilderness Cove 2nd has just opened with 54 residential lots and 30 townhouses, and Turkey Creek Mobile Home Park. Kevin, as general contractor, has built over 300 spec homes and 100 custom homes, and is currently building in the Wilderness Cove 2nd Addition. A customer can either buy a newly constructed home or buy a lot and build their own custom home.

Kevin Fuksa, owner of Eagle Real Estate and K-T Development Enterprises Inc, is the Broker, Sales Associate, Developer and Home Builder. Kevin has lived in the Hennessey and Enid areas all of his life. He has 30 years experience in real estate and auctions.
